At Redemption Ink San Diego, we believe that the tattoo is not complete until it is fully healed. The aftercare of the tattoo is almost as important as the design itself. We carry industry leading after care products that you can purchase and take home with you or you can purchase similar items at other stores. Caring for your new tattoo does require active participation on your end to make sure it heals properly. We also offer in-shop aftercare sessions with our artists that will ensure the best healing process at an affordable price.
We are located at 1440 Garnet Avenue, San Diego, CA 92109. Our shop is situated between Haines St. and Gresham St. We have a giant, colorful mural on the front of the shop. Come check us out!
Free 12-hour parking is available on Hornblend St, Felspar St, Haines St, and Fanuel St and are all about one block from the shop. Parking is available on Garnet (which is the street we are located on) but is limited to 2-hour parking.

At Redemption Ink San Diego we help pick the tattoo artist that’s best, not just who’s next. This helps create the best tattoo expereince for you. We recommend that you contact us in advance before your visit. This gives us the chance to pick from our team of world-class artists and select one with a style and specialty that’s right for you.
You sure can! We use the latest technology to design a piece that will fit the pattern of your old tattoo and create a new work of art that you can be proud of. Please contact us to discuss your coverup ideas free of charge.
Since Funhouse Tattoo is a licensed tattoo facility in the state of California, you are able to donate blood around two weeks after getting your new tattoo. Read our blog on donating blood with a tattoo for more info.
